Last night I had the pleasure of attending one of the slickest and best presented student grad shows I’ve ever seen – Curtin University’s Collective Threads. Organisers kicked the traditional runway format to the kurb, opting rather for a really cool, reflective runway surface in a large square shape. Everything about this show was perfect – the lighting, the choreography and especially the designs.  The show was nothing short of inspiring and I think I’ve found my new muse in Celene Bridge! During the show there were times when you simply forgot this was a student presentation – it felt like a high fashion parade! Ah-may-zing! Congratulations to all involved for a stellar job!
