The first ever Beaufort Street Festival was held today and thousands braved the ridiculous heat to check out the art, music, food, fashion and freebies. I headed along to take part in the 60 Minute Snapshot project, a photography initiative where four photographers were given an hour each to document 60 photos of something.  My hour was 2-3pm so it was crazy hot but I still had fun regardless. I decided to do 60 double exposures so I ended up taking 120 photos in the hour with my beloved Holga camera.  Thanks to everyone who let me photograph them and also to my trusty assistant Emily (who wore the most incredible silk cape). The photos will be on show at an exhibition at the Slaughterblouse early next year – I’ll share the details closer to the time.
