Given her childhood predilection for playing dress ups, spinning tall tales and bossing around her peers, it was a natural progression for Emma to find a career as a stylist, journalist and event planner. Having launched her fashion blog Dropstitch in 2007, Emma was a pioneer of the digital fashion scene in Perth, with her street style photography featured regularly in national and international publications. Her creative eye developed further during five years as the Arts and Fashion Editor at X-Press Magazine, where she was introduced to the joys of editorial styling. Emma has since worked freelance, utilising her wide range of skills in creative direction, social media content creation and management, project management, public relations, journalism, copywriting and styling, for clients including ModCloth, The West Australian, 20th Century Fox International, Telstra Perth Fashion Festival, the City of Joondalup, Betts, the Peach & Pineapple Co and Curtin University.
